How long will it take to receive my order?

How to fix ink smearing problem

A common solution is to reduce the quality setting. Open the printer dialog box and select "Properties" or "Preferences." Look for the "Print/Quality" tab or the "Quality/Print Quality" option. From there, you can select a lower dpi or make a quality adjustment.For black ink in particular, selecting the "Print as Image" box in the print dialog pop-up may help.

Can i use sublimation ink and a printer?

we recommend inkjet printer with regualr ink :)

How to solve the problem of sticker paper jamming?

A-SUB stickers use European paper as the base, making them thicker and whiter compared to stickers from other brands. The printed colors are more vibrant.If you encounter a paper jam issue, you can try adding a strip of scotch tape to the top. Once you do that, it will feed through your printer perfectly!

What is the difference between A-SUB 125GSM , 120 GSM and 105 GSM sublimation paper?

125gsm Sublimation Paper:125gsm Sublimation Paper is often chosen for designs that require high-quality printing, intricate details, or bold colors. Can I use A-SUB DTF film with my sublimation printer ?

Yes , But we recommend applying it to white fabric if you are using sublimation ink. Because sublimation ink doesn’t have white ink .If you want to applying it to dark fabric. Please choose DTF printer and DTF ink to get better results .

How do you fix a Sublimation printer that won't feed DTF film?

For the feeding problem , you can take a piece of copier paper and attach it to the DTF sheet using painter's tape, and It will feeds through great!

What is the difference between black powder and white powder?
