Return & Refund Policy
15 Days Return Policy:
Customers can return all products purchased on A-SUB.com within 15 days from delivery and the item(s) must be returned unopened, in their original packaging.
To return or exchange item(s), customers must first contact us through the contact form on our website and attach the invoice in the message as a proof of purchase. And please also write the reason for return.
Damaged Goods:
If your parcel is damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within fourteen (15) days of receipt for an immediate exchange. Please contact service@a-sub.com to get authorization prior to returning goods.
Defective Merchandise:
Merchandise should be examined immediately upon receipt. If a defect is identified (excluding packaging) A-SUB will accept the merchandise back within fourteen (15) days of purchase for exchange or return. Prior to return, you must contact A-SUB to receive return authorization.
Incorrect Item:
If an incorrect product is sent to you, please contact A-SUB immediately. We will then ship the correct item(s) to you. You then have fourteen (15) days to return the incorrect item(s) to A-SUB. If you do not return the original item(s), we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of the replacement item(s), including delivery charge, to the payment card you used for the order.
Packages Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received:
For orders where the tracking information shows “Delivered”, but the customer reports that the package was not received, the following policy applies:
Once the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers) marks an order as “Delivered”, the shipment is considered successfully completed.
If a package is believed to be lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, the customer is responsible for:
Contacting the local post office or shipping carrier to request additional delivery details;
Filing a missing or stolen package claim with the carrier;
Reporting the incident to local authorities if necessary.
Because the package is no longer under our control after delivery is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds or free replacements for orders marked as delivered.
To reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages, customers are encouraged to select:
Signature confirmation upon delivery, or Any additional shipping protection services offered at checkout (if available).
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and will assist customers within reasonable limits in communicating with the carrier. However, any final resolution or compensation is subject to the carrier’s investigation and determination.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved we will automatically credit the purchase to you credit card or original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders canceled for any reason other than those indicated above, may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the product purchase price. Postage/delivery costs are a non-refundable. All orders canceled prior to dispatch from A-SUB will not incur any additional cost.
