How to use Heat Press curing the A-SUB DTF POWDER

To cure the DTF film using a heat press, follow these steps: Set the Heat Press Temperature: Preheat your heat press to 320-330°F (160-165°C). Adjust the Pressure: Use medium pressure to avoid smudging the powder. Place the DTF Film: Lay the printed film with the adhesive powder side up on the lower platen. Hovering Method: Instead of pressing down, hover the heat press plate about 1-2 inches above the film. This allows the heat to cure the powder evenly without flattening the design. Curing Time: Allow the powder to cure for approximately 2-3 minutes or until it turns shiny and smooth. Check the Curing: The powder should be fully melted and glossy but not overcooked.
