Question Answer
How do you fix a Sublimation printer that won't feed DTF film? If your printer is not recognizing your DTF film and quickly ejecting it without printing, the most likely culprit is that the film is too thin and the paper feed rollers are not gripping it properly. Make sure you are loading the glossy side up and try these solutions: Add a backing sheet: Place a sheet of regular printer paper behind your DTF film to provide additional stiffness and help the printer feed it correctly. Adjust paper settings: Check your printer settings and ensure you've selected the correct paper type (often labeled as "thick paper" or "cardstock") to adjust the feed pressure. Tape the edges: Gently tape the edges of the DTF film to a piece of regular paper to create a more stable sheet for feeding.
Can i use sublimation ink instead of dtf ink ? if you are using sublimation ink, recommend use on light fabric, if you want to do it on dark fabric, please choose the DTF printer with dtf ink
Is A-SUB DTF POWDER Safe? A-SUB DTF powder is non-toxic and SGS certified. However, we still recommend wearing a mask and gloves to avoid any potential discomfort. Additionally, working in a well-ventilated area is advisable for safety.😊 if you need some document , please contact us
